- Unlimited Refunds: Full refunds available at any time before 360Crafter goes into production
- Production Launch: Once 360Crafter enters production, early bird customers have 30 days from the production launch date to request a refund
- No Questions Asked: Early bird refunds are processed without requiring a reason
2.2 Regular Customers (Post-Production)
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
- No Refunds After 30 Days: Due to the digital nature of the software license
2.3 Subscription Plans (Our Storage)
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of billing periods
- No Refunds After 7 Days: Except as required by law

- Unlimited Refunds: Available at any time before production launch

3.3 Early Bird Identification
- Purchase Date: Customers who purchased before production launch are considered early bird customers
- Account Status: Early bird status is automatically applied based on purchase date
- No Action Required: Early bird customers don't need to do anything to maintain their status
